As Selectum Blu Cruises, we aim to take our guest experience further than the previous year with every new season. With our renewed Soft All Inclusive concept for the 2027 summer season, we bring together quality gastronomy, attentive service, cabin comfort and a personalizable holiday experience.
For us, a cruise holiday is not only about discovering new destinations; it is about delivering an experience that makes you feel special from the moment you step aboard until the last moment of the voyage.
For this reason, while creating our 2027 concept, we designed a structure that offers our guests more options and freedom without compromising on our service quality.
GASTRONOMY – THE SIGNATURE OF THE SELECTUM BLU KITCHEN
One of the strongest elements of the Selectum Blu Cruises experience is gastronomy.
Our experienced and expert kitchen team treats every meal not merely as a food service but as an important part of the journey. From product selection to preparation processes, from recipes to presentation, quality and flavor come first at every stage.
The high satisfaction we receive from our guests is one of the most important indicators of the importance we place on gastronomy. In the 2027 season, our kitchen continues to stand at the heart of the Selectum Blu Cruises experience.
Alongside classic flavors, Selectum Blu signature dishes prepared with recipes and presentations unique to our ship are also featured on our menus. Our Selectum Blu Profiterole, prepared with our special recipe, and our special tripe soup are among our characteristic flavors.
Our goal is not only to offer a wide buffet, but to create a gastronomy experience that our guests will remember long after the holiday ends.
SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE DINING EXPERIENCE
Under the 2027 Soft All Inclusive concept, main meals, late-night buffet and afternoon tea treats are offered.

Lunch options catering to different tastes are offered.
Dinner | 18:00 – 21:00
Select flavors prepared by our kitchen team await our guests.

The late-night buffet is included in the Soft All Inclusive concept.
Tea Time | 11:00 – 16:00
Tea and coffee are served self-service, and cookies are offered to our guests. Tea, coffee and cookie treats are free of charge.
BEVERAGE CONCEPT – FREEDOM OF CHOICE
Water, soda, tea and coffee are free of charge and can be taken self-service from the dispensers at designated service points.
Beverages beyond these are charged. Guests may purchase their drinks individually or take advantage of beverage packages suited to their holiday experience.
COFFEE SHOP & VITAMIN BAR – A PRIVILEGED BREAK AT SEA
Located on the 7th deck of our ship, Aviator Bar goes beyond a classic bar experience with its select flavors and attentive presentations that accompany every moment of the day, offering our guests a special Coffee Shop & Vitamin Bar concept.
Coffee Shop – The Most Special Form of Coffee
In our Coffee Shop area prepared for coffee lovers, carefully selected coffee varieties are prepared by our expert baristas and served with elegant presentations.
This special experience, where aroma, flavor and presentation come together in every cup, is designed for guests who want to enjoy a pleasant break with the sea view or savor the journey with an exquisite coffee.
Guests who purchase specialty coffee from the Coffee Shop are offered a complimentary cookie or macaron to accompany their coffee.
Specialty coffees prepared by our baristas within the Coffee Shop are charged and are not included in the beverage packages.
Vitamin Bar – Freshness and Well-Being Together
For guests who wish to complement their privileged holiday experience with healthier and refreshing alternatives on Selectum Blu Cruises, the Vitamin Bar service is offered.

ICE CREAM, POPCORN, CANDY APPLE & COTTON CANDY DELIGHTS | 10:00 – 22:00
Our dedicated service area, created for guests who want to cool down, indulge in something sweet or enjoy a pleasant snack break during the day, serves daily between 10:00 and 22:00.
In this special area, select ice cream varieties, freshly made popcorn, candy apples and cotton candy are offered.
This area, where colorful and nostalgic flavors come together, offers enjoyable moments for both our younger guests and adults.
The ice cream, popcorn, candy apple and cotton candy service is charged and is not included in the Soft All Inclusive concept.
CABIN COMFORT – PRIVILEGED DETAILS
On Selectum Blu Cruises, our premium service approach continues in our guests' private living spaces as well as in shared areas.
All our cabins are arranged and cleaned twice a day as part of housekeeping service.
Across all our cabin categories, bathrobes, slippers, sleep masks, combs, sewing kits and selected personal care/amenity products are placed at our guests' disposal.
Bulgari Privilege from Balcony Cabins Onward
Starting from the Balcony Cabin category, select Bulgari care products are placed at our guests' disposal.
MINIBAR – WELCOME TREAT
The minibar in all cabins is stocked free of charge with the following products, once only, on the first day of boarding:
- 2 waters
- 2 beers
- 1 Coca-Cola
- 1 Fanta
- 1 Sprite
- 1 soda
The minibar restocking carried out on the first day is free of charge and is a one-time offer. On subsequent days, the minibar is not automatically replenished; products can be requested via 24-hour Room Service at a charge.
24-HOUR ROOM SERVICE
Guests who wish to order food and beverages without leaving the comfort of their cabin are offered 24/7 Room Service.
Room Service is charged and is not included in the Soft All Inclusive concept.
CHILDREN'S PLAY & ENTERTAINMENT AREA – GREAT FUN FOR OUR YOUNG GUESTS
For the 2027 season, a special Children's Play & Entertainment Area has been created on the 7th deck of our ship to make our young guests' cruise experience more fun, active and memorable.
In this special area where children can enjoy their energy in a pleasant way, there are fun game machines that will appeal to different age groups.

The game machines operate with a token system. Tokens can be purchased and used at designated sales points on board.

KARAOKE BAR | 14:00 – 02:00
The Karaoke Bar on our ship serves daily between 14:00 and 02:00, offering our guests music, entertainment and enjoyable moments.
